Scholarship Applications
Scholarship Applications open in January of each year. Accessibility and Testing Students will receive an email when the application process opens and have until May 15th to submit all application materials. Scholarships are awarded during Fall semester.
To be eligible for a scholarship, all materials, Accessibility and Testing Scholarship Application, Letter of Recommendation and Essay(essay prompt on application), must be submitted by the deadline.

Scholarships and Awards available to Students with Disabilities
To be eligible for awards and scholarships through Accessibility and Testing, you must be a UGA student, registered with Accessibility and Testing and have completed at least one semester for classes at UGA, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and expect to be registered for classes during the Fall semester that the scholarship will be awarded.

If you would like to nominate an Outstanding Faculty Member for the Accessibility and Testing Annual Scholarship/Award Reception, please email Amanda Hales, ahales@uga.edu, with the name of the faculty member and a paragraph explaining why you nominate this faculty member.

Gregory Charles Johnson Scholarship | Preference given to a student with a physical disability |
Hamilton Family Scholarship | Preference given to a student with narcolepsy or other neurological disorders |
Janis Family Scholarship | Awarded to students with a psychological disability |
Joe Coile Memorial Scholarship | Applications and letter of recommendations should demonstrate qualities in dedications, character and compassion |
John and Frances Mangan Family Scholarship | Preference given to a student with a visual impairment |
Lauren Melissa Kelly Memorial Scholarship | Preference given to a student with cystic fibrosis |
Lupuloff Family Scholarship | Awarded to a DRC student |
Margaret Ann Towson Scholarship | Preference given to a student with a visual impairment |
Margaret C. Totty Memorial Scholarship | Preference given to a student with a brain injury or other neurological disability |
Matthew Peddicord Memorial Scholarship | 2.0 GPA, Preference given to a student with a chronic illness |
Michael E. Merriman Memorial Scholarship | Awarded to students with a learning disability |
Orkin Scholarship | Awarded to a DRC student |
Radcliff Scholarship | Must demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid (OSFA), Preference given to a student who has had a disability since childhood. As a need-based scholarship, as additional release through OSFA is requires to share your information. |
