Intake Specialist/Disability Specialist Dr. Peter Bertor, Jr.
Peter Bertot recently joined the Disability Resource Center'staff in July 2004. Peter brings over fifteen years experience working with college students with learning disabilities. He holds a Master's Degree in Community Counseling, and earned a Ph.D. in Special Education with an emphasis on students with LD and ADHD from UGA in 2001. Peter's interests lie in the psychological distress patterns of students with LD and ADHD. His work in this area has led him to design effective learning programs for students. Peter exhibits a passion for lifelong learning and strives to pass this along to the students he serves.
