Senior Disability Specialist Daley Connelly
Daley Connelly has been with the Disability Resource Center since 1995. As a senior staff member, she specializes in providing services for students with mobility impairments and chronic illnesses. Daley also works with the University's academic, parking, transportation and physical plant departments to ensure access for students with disabilities. She received her master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling (M.Ed. '95 at the University of Georgia) and is certified by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counseling. She is actively involved in community activities for people with disabilities and volunteered in the 1996 Paralympic Games. Daley has served on the Athens/Clarke County Committee on Employment for People with Disabilities and as the VP for Membership in the Georgia Association of Disability Service Providers in Higher Education (GADRCPHE). She also presents at the local and national level.
