Senior Disability Specialist Dale Gibson
Dale Gibson joined the staff of the Disability Resource Center in September 2005. As a Senior Disability Specialist, Dale serves students with various disabilities, specializing in students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Dale also serves as staff adviser for the student group, SOUND OFF. Dale received both his AB and M.Ed. from UGA. Since 1972, he has worked as a Sign Language Interpreter, Rehabilitation Counselor, Vocational Evaluator, Job Placement Specialist, and most recently as a Disability Specialist at Athens Technological Institute.
