Administrative Assistant Amanda Hales
Amanda Hales joined the Disability Resource Center in August of 2008. As Administrative Assistant, Amanda greets and assists students and visitors. She is responsible for efficient operation of the front desk, including training temporary employees, directing phone calls, greeting TTY callers, distributing mail, faxes, and copies, making appointments for disability specialists, and upkeep of office machinery. Amanda is in charge of the departmental email account. As assistant to the Office Manager, she tracks inventory and performs general office tasks as assigned. Amanda provides office assistance to all DRC staff as needed.
