Residence Hall Accommodations
The Disability Resource Center works closely with Campus Housing to assure that certain accommodations/modifications are available upon request in the residence halls on campus. Deaf and Hard of Hearing students may request the following:
- A separate phone line for the TTY
- A TTY loaned out from the Disability Resource Center (see procedures for borrowing a TTY)
- A flashing fire alarm installed in the room
- A peephole (if not already present in the door)
