Behavior which is consistent with the University Conduct Code
To be eligible to attend UGA, a student must meet current University entry requirements. The student must be able to benefit from instruction received and perform at a level considered acceptable within the University community. The technical standards for admission to, or participation in, a program must also be met. Technical standards are all non-academic criteria such as acceptable standards of conduct. The behavior resulting from the disability cannot be so dysfunctional that it causes disruption in either in class or out of class activities.
