- Construction Advisory:
- Where: Rutherford Hall
- When: Ongoing May 21, 2012 - July 31, 2013
- Details: Demolition of Rutherford Hall will be followed by construction of a new, 260-bed Rutherford Hall at the site on Myers Quadrangle. The construction site will be fenced, with pedestrian detours around the site.
- Construction advisory:
- Where: Bolton Dining Commons
- When: Ongoing March 11, 2013 - July 31, 2014
- Details: Construction will be underway on the new Bolton Dining Commons from mid-March 2013 through mid-July 2014. The site is bounded by Baxter and Lumpkin Streets and Tanyard Creek, and will be enclosed in a
construction fence. The pedestrian bridge over Tanyard Creek at the site will be closed during construction. The sidewalk on Lumpkin Street will remain open. The sidewalk on Baxter Street will also remain open, but will be
reduced in width by half.
- Construction advisory:
- Where: Veterinary Medical Learning Center
- Ongoing March 11, 2013 - January 31, 2015
- Details: Construction is underway on the $75 million, 200,000 sq. ft. project on a 100-acre site on College Station Road at Barnett Shoals Road. The facility will include a Lameness Center, large lecture hall and
instructional spaces for veterinary students, offices for clinical faculty and staff, and outdoor spaces for animals. Minimal disruptions for traffic and pedestrians are expected due to the location of this project site.
