DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER SUPPORT FUND

At the Disability Resource Center, we want to exceed the level of services mandated by law to remain on the leading edge of ensuring equal access for students. Maintaining these levels in the face of such tremendous growth, however, is a challenge. UGA currently invests all funds available to satisfactorily serve its students with disabilities. Nevertheless, the Disability Resource Center cannot, without private support, reach the next level of service and remain on that leading edge.

Opening the Doors of Opportunity Through Programs, Scholarships, and Awards

By giving to the Disability Resource Center Support Fund, you will give students who have disabilities the opportunities and support not otherwise available. Each year private support allows the Disability Resource Center to award thousands of dollars in scholarships honoring former UGA students. Gifts are used to support students as they participate in leadership programs, support groups, time management and study skills workshops, and Study Abroad programs.

Thank You!

We appreciate your interest in supporting our students. Any contribution will make a positive difference in their lives, helping them meet their unique challenges and obtain the full benefit of their UGA education. You are welcome to visit our offices and see firsthand the benefits of your gift.
